Offer is a licensed general contractor, home designer and the owner of OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. He has always been a very creative person, and design and remodeling has always held a place in his heart. While working in the area’s high-end residential construction culture, he realized that a career as a General Contractor was his calling and went on to earned his California State License Board General Contractors License. Since then, he has spent over 30 years developing a reputation as a quality home designer and builder throughout the greater Los Angeles area. He has established relationships based on trust, service, and a track record of successful projects completed. Regardless the type of remodel, clients are guaranteed to receive the same high level of service that has built his reputation for excellence. Offer is a proud father of a 24 year-old son and 21 year-old daughter. He enjoys good food, hiking and outings with his family.

Certified Interior Designer
Ranj is a licensed certified interior designer with over 14 years of experience. She attained a degree in Bachelor of Science with a major in interior design. While growing up, she was always interested in the field of arts and being exposed to different cultures and experiences, makes her a developed interior designer. She believes in combining her creativity, love and passion for interior design in every project she handles. Her ultimate goal is to be able to bring out your dreams and imagination and creating a space that you will truly love.
The Crew
Being a family owned and operated business, I have an in-house crew that has been with me and the company for over 15 years. Their extensive experience and knowledge of residential construction from the ground up, each one in their own trade, allows me to make the homeowner’s experience as personable and easy as possible. They are all individually creative and are great at hard-to-find solutions, which is the reason they are a value to the team.
